Chelsea Anderson is an attorney licensed to practice law, with a primary focus on real estate and land development. A Brevard County native and 2006 graduate of West Shore Jr./Sr. High School, Chelsea earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami in 2010, double majoring in Ecosystem Science & Policy and Political Science, with a minor in Spanish. She furthered her education at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, graduating Cum Laude in 2013 with a Juris Doctor and Certificate in Environmental and Land Use Law.
Chelsea brings extensive experience assisting clients across Florida with a wide range of property matters. Her expertise includes purchases and sales, financing, zoning and land use entitlements, variances, permitting, and title insurance for both commercial and residential projects. Having obtained her real estate license in 2025, Chelsea is deeply passionate about guiding individuals through their real estate ventures.
Outside of her professional life, Chelsea enjoys spending quality time with her husband Will, their daughter Maeve, and their wheaten terrier, Ranger.
