We also help clients set up Trusts, LLCs, and other legal entities to buy, own, and operate properties. When needed, we conduct foreclosures and evictions, help with modifications and amendments, and provide satisfactions and releases.

We also provide legal advice and guidance as part of every interaction with our clients. We never take off our “lawyer hats,” and our clients continuously benefit from that.

Yes, a home inspector is highly recommended to ensure there are no issues with the home before closing. There are many areas an inspector examines and can uncover issues that you may not be able to see at first glance.
